IBM 10k Run - 10.18.2009
Ran IBM's 10k run with Veronica and averaged a 10 minute mile :). she is my favorite person to run with & is pretty much the only reason i was able to stick with my running group that met during ungodly morning times!

wow, that means you ran for 1:40? thats a long time to be running for
